WHY TO USE
  • Clearly The Best Top Sealant creates an invisible barrier on concrete, brick, masonry and stone surfaces that prevents the penetration of acids, oils and other harmful substances.
  • Top Sealant leaves surfaces with the same appearance and texture.  When water or other liquids are on the surfaces, they 'bead-up' ~ proof that Top Sealant is working.
  • Top Sealant's unique properties provide a barrier against chemicals such as carbon stains from oil, graffiti, paints, dirt, etc...  It is such an effective barrier that only one coat can be applied as it will not adhere to itself on a second coat!

CAUTIONS
  • DO NOT apply to glass, glazed surfaces or aluminum as etching will occur.  In case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water immediately.
  • DO NOT apply to damp surfaces.
  • DO NOT apply when temperature falls below 10 degrees C (50 degrees F) or to surfaces that are below that temperature.
  • DO NOT attempt a second coating.
  • DO NOT apply to uncured asphalt or previously sealed asphalt.
  • Clearly The Best Top Sealant is not meant to fill or seal visible cracks.
  • Due to Clearly The Best Top Sealant's surface film, adhesives or other coatings may not bond sufficiently to be durable.

SURFACE PREPARATION
  • Thoroughly clean all surfaces to be treated.
  • For surfaces not specified in this information, or where surface may have been previously sealed, we recommend that Clearly The Best Top Sealant be applied to a small test area first and observed for possible adverse reactions.
APPLICATION
  1. Clearly The Best Top Sealant should be applied using sprayer equipment to ensure proper coverage of joints, laps, butts, etc...  ENSURE ALL SURFACES ARE PERFECTLY DRY (5 DAYS DRYING TIME).
  2. Shake the container well before using.  If the product has been frozen, thaw completely and shake well.  Use Clearly The Best Top Sealant right out of the container.  DO NOT dilute or mix with other liquids.
  3. Apply Clearly The Best Top Sealant with a sprayer (20 to 30 psi).  Apply liberally and saturate all areas.  On vertical surfaces, apply from the bottom up.  Only one application is possible - DO NOT ATTEMPT A SECOND COATING!
  4. Clearly The Best Top Sealant dries within 2 - 4 hours.  Limited foot traffic is permissible after 30 minutes.  
  5. Clean up equipment immediately with mild soap and water.
WARRANTY

If applied according to instructions and used as directed, Clearly The Best Solution warrants that its products will perform as represented.  Since methods, times and conditions are entirely beyond its control, this warranty is limited solely to the quality of the Company's products and replacement of such of its products which prove to be defective.
